Brief – Carrying on from the success of Issue 16, we were tasked to not only deliver another excellent issue, but to help Proper step up to the next level.
Creative Delivery – Creatively we started this issue where we left Issue 17. To maximise the large amount of image-lead articles, we suggested they look for not only 3 different covers, but make each cover a roll fold. We also worked closely with the Proper editors to help them get the best of their content, choosing the best images from photoshoots on a rainy Stockport day with new le coq sportif gear, hand-picking a feature from 60 years of photographer Roger Steffens portfolio, and condensing the vast, vintage sweatshirt collection of TSPTR creative Russ Gater in to digestible visual chunks.
Outcome – We delivered the full magazine design with three different collectable, photographic fold-out covers, to instant demand and glowing reception. Continuing the positive partnership between Proper and Grammar.
